I've asked it a few times now but no-one seems able or willing to answer it. I can only imagine because the answer might not fit with their conspiracy theorist views.

It cannot be answered, because that isnt the issue, if somebody turns up tommorrow with an offer to pay up all debts, then no issues, if however the Bulls end up owned by the other clubs , then the Championships it is

Of course it can be answered. It's just the answer doesn't fit with the views of those saying that the RFL are either breaking the rules by keeping Bradford in SL or that it's somehow "one rule for one club, one rule for another".
I agree, if SLE end up owning Bradford they should be put into the Championship. In fact I would be tempted to relegate them anyway for a massive failure of their licence. But am unsure and a lot would depend on who takes them over, how much debt they pay off and their plans for the future.

You do not have to name any team that has been relegated from super league. You do not get relegated your licence is revoked and then I guess you have to then apply to be in the other divisions. The important thing that was said at the last licence issuing announcement was that a club could have their licence revoked if they dropped the standards that the super league licence was issued on. i guess this was probably aimed at Castleford and or Wakefield with regards to grounds but it was said. Now if going into administration for miss managing your finances, not paying players and dragging the name of Rugby league through the mire is not enough to revoke the licence then I guess it is ok for every club to over spend run up big debts and then go and ask for the governing body to bail them out more, than once.

I could list more than one team that the rugby league have let die without a care over the years what makes Bradford more important than them.
Do not say crowds because that is a false number. Who is to say that the team that replaces them over time could not generate the same crowds or that if Bradford stay in super league their crowds will not drop due to paying the correct price for the goods and the team performance dropping.

Bradford had their chance messed it up, it is now time for another team to have a go.
