Leigh are looking like a class side atm, especially with the trouncing of the broncos. Top 4 can be achieved now.

Any team could win the rest of their games. Toronto could, Toulouse could, London could.
It’s highly likely no club will win all their remaining games. You make it sound like Leigh might, despite already losing 5 out of 11.

It can be achieved, but I don’t think it will be achieved.
Leigh need to beat the teams above them in the league, not just the teams below them. I look forward to watching Leigh v Toronto Wolfpack in a few weeks time. When the teams met earlier in the year, Toronto won by a 22 point margin. Leigh have improved since then, but then so have the Toronto Wolfpack.

You stated we had to do better. If we do any better than wupping Landan 40-0 , then it's not a might is it?
If you read the post properly, you wouldn't have to twist it.

| Get Toronto, Toulouse and London (god knows why with their pathetic crowds, and even more pathetic stadium) into SL and then revert to licencing again. As if the last bout of licencing didn't do enough damage. Look at what P&R produced in the World Cup. A competitive England side for the first time in years.

Are you really saying that P & R improved Englands World Cup performance ??
I really dont get your logic there at all.
I'm not an advocate of licensing, although it does have some merits.
However, the current system does maintain interest for the whole season and perhaps never more than this year, with 6/7 clubs battling for a top 4 sopt in The Championship and 6 clubs "at risk" in SL.
The main issue with this is that it just stifles opportunity for young players to get their chance.
EVERY coach, whether in SL or The Championship, when the going gets tough, will opt for experience and this usually means signing even more average, ageing overseas players, just to survive or, push for promotion.
For bums on seats, this is a good thing. However for junior development, it's a backward step.
Why is it that only Leigh fans seem bothered about "expansion" clubs ??

I'm not a Leigh fan for starters. Something certainly improved England's performance in the World Cup, what was different? P&R Pressure games. No easing off. That is how to beat the Aussies and Kiwis. Ok we didn't beat Australia, but we came a damned sight closer in both games than we have since the advent of SL.

No, he’s right. Kevin Brown playing in the do or die middle 8s v fev, replicating Origin like pressure nearly won us the World Cup.

That is correct, and they have the most successful coach of all time, Wayne Bennett.
England’s 2017 World Cup performance wasn’t because Leigh gained promotion at the end of 2016 and then were relegated again in 2017.

Featherstone are heavily reliant on Leeds’s dual registration players. The had Jordan Lilley, Josh Walters and Nathaniel Peteru playing for them today. These players won’t be available in the middle 8’s, if Featherstone qualify and as such, Featherstone will not be a threat to anybody in that competition.
