Once again you can't grasp the facts. SL don't want TWP - they openly said so but you just don't read anything up? SL are stuck with a ruling that they have to accept the winners of the Championship being promoted during this current SKY TV deal. To infer the SL chairmen "let them in" presumably on the basis they wanted them is just plain wrong. Top chairmen wrote articles saying they did not want TWP. They tried to change the format a year ago to block TWP. The current system of P & R was created by Wood and Solly of the RFL. NOT by SL.

As it stands now the next SKY deal will NOT INVOLVE THE RFL and therefore Superleague will be able to dictate the format and that means Hull, HKR, Leeds, Cas, Wakey, Salford, Wigan, Wire, Saints and Huddersfield will decide who is in the top division 2022 which may only be 10 clubs. So now you know who will have the biggest say over the next SKY deal, surely even you can work out the likely format? If you can't, read the opening sentence of this paragraph again and again until then centime drops.

Superleague wanted Toulouse to be promoted to Superleague in order to advance the French TV deal. With respect before you have a go at Elstone consider that TWP's promotion to SL, which SL clubs didn't want but could not stop, is what really put the kybosh on it.
