it doesn't mention cash anywhere, its says a 6 figure sum that could be half money half points. Bartercard refers to points as a monetary value anyway.
it doesn't really matter because they could use the points for advertising agencies or printing press. |

I won't bother...this deal will ensure that the 1.94 million in loans and investment the club has received in 2013 won't need to be repeated in 2014.
Everything is rosy at Bradford.  |

Maybe better than cash in some cases. Like a business which issues a £100 voucher is issuing something with a built in profit. The person spending the voucher doesn't care, as it is as good as cash, and the issuer might (for example, depending on mark-up) only be parting with goods to the value (to them) of 50% or less. |
