Don't get too excited, I know for a fact he has family in Wigan, more likely related to that. He's about to turn 32 and has been playing in the Championship for the last four seasons, seriously doubt he would start at Wigan ahead of Leuluai or Powell

It has been made clear that Jarrod Sammut has personal problems which are causing him to reject London's offer and to return to Australia.

Where did it say that Jean, I must have missed it?

I think that's more of a presumption, it does state he has left due to personal reasons however it says nothing about going to Australia.

bear in mind, the last person london 'released' due to personal problems (wanted to be nearer his family in the north) was andy ackers, who then miraculously signed for toron'o

The difference here is that Sammut is not contracted, he's a free agent so he wasn't 'released'. Ackers was contracted and was 'released'. He can cite whatever reason he wants to leave London..
