| Quote: Jonesy "Thats your opinion.
He is 28 by the way.
You may not have noticed that Jennings is in the centres for NSW and the discussion is that Tahu will take a Wing spot from Williams.
Still you appear to know everything....'"
Tahu is not quick enough to play on the wing in SOO - I would like to see him up against Folau!!!! It just will not happen
I think you will find Tahu was born in 1980 so by the time he plays in the NRL he will be nearer 30 than 29

I think you will find he is 28, born 16th October, he will still be 29 when he starts next year.
The season starts in March so he will be closer to 29 than 30.
You said he was 30+ already you need to get your facts right.
How do you know how quick he is? when he left League 18 months ago he was as quick as any of his competitors.
If a player like Tahu is below State of Origin standards in YOUR opinion, England may as well forfeit their games in the up coming Four nations series because he is a FAR better back than anything England has available.

Jennings and Hayne are better than anything Australia have too. Maybe you lot should claim them.

How do you mean claim them?
They are Australians born in Australia.
Or should they be Islanders because their Gran daddy was from there Mate?

Next you will be saying Inglis and Thurston aren't Aussies because they "look" different.

he went up against Folau in the semi finals before he left for Union. It's fair to say that he physicaly got the better of Folau and won his one on one with him though his team lost.
Anyone who thinks Tahu isn't good enough for Australia need only check out David Williams at Manly!
If you can honestly tell me with a straight face that Tahu isn't better than him then you're deluded.

when you are proven wrong yet again its going to be so funny
tahu is a shoe in for the nsw side if his form is close to previous

I agree. Williams wasnt that impressive in Origin this year, a fully fit Tahu is a far better player IMO.

| Tahu is also one of the best defenders in a backline, he knocks over forwards like a Sledgehammer.
I hope he gets another chance he has a determination and will to win that is second to none.

| Tahu is easily faster than Folau. Where did that come from? It's not pace Folau is noted for.

| Tahu was one of my fav players before he left.
I imagine he'll slot back in very very easily.

| Tahu is a defensive liability, he always had been.
Dont get sucked in because he ran out of the line and put a big hit on a couple of time...geez!
And lets not forget the guy is a deadset wet biscuit. He spends more time out injured than any other player in the game.
hell he hasnt played any footy for a long time and his hand is all bandaged up!

Agreed we don't have a centre in the UK as good as Tahu was - wether he will be the same player who knows - one thing is for sure he won't play SOO in 2010
