agreed! manu and king have been brilliant recently
if you give penny a couple of years to help develop his positional play and defensive game then you might have a winger that is worthy of a GB place. |

Whist I haven't see every game he's played, some of the tries he's score (one against saints stick in my mind) have been sensational. Apart from Offiah and Carney, no other SL winger could have scored them.
It's not just pace. As an ex-winger myself, you've got to know when to put the gas on and you've got to have the balance to maintain the pace with the ball in your hands.
I don't understand some fans tendency to talk him down. If you're a fan of the greatest game (rather than just a fan of your team), it should be refreshing to see such a young talent. Especially when most clubs including my own, tend to put 16 stone plus lumps on the wing. |

I don't think people mean to talk him down, they just know it rarely does a youngster good to be hyped up to such an extent after so few games. |

Yep, his try against Saints and the second one v Leeds were very good tries and he took them well. But what month were they in? Not July.
I have seen his other tries and most have been walk ins that any decent winger would have scored. Don't get me wrong, he is very quick and if he can improve his positional play/defence he could be a very good winger, but come on people, feel free to take your tounges out of his @r$e any time, he's a good prospect, but he has a hell of a long way to go. |
