So I was right in assuming you live in a tip too then. Nobody is saying Newport is great but when you can't even say where you're from it must be bad.

If not shed some light on the paradise you call your home town/city.

How about Magor services? There is a travel lodge or a premier inn or something there. One room will sleep 4 if it's only for one night and you are all good friends.

Did you know video game publisher Capcom based the setting for Resident Evil 2's zombie infested Racoon City on Newport? You will notice when playing the game the similarities to the local architecture in Bettws, Somerton and Carleon are uncanny and they have also managed to capture the shuffling, braindead, violent mobs that haunt Newport city centre at night with amazing accuracy.

Got to agree re. all Newport stuff. It's a 5h1t hole, and too dodgy at night to go out for a drink in the centre....

Newport is crap Dave but I'd like to know what great place this bloke is from. He seems to be willing to point the finger so it must be great where he is.
