You beat us last night on the fact that you targeted our young guys. Godwin Wild and Nero did what they could but they can't carry a whole team, out of the 7 that were missing 4 were forwards had they been on the field it would of been completely different instead of our young forwards being dominated it would of been yours.

Trust me, Salford could win Super League, the World Cup, Wimbledon, and the Eurovision Song Contest and I would not lose a moments sleep about it. They are as significant as Luton Town as far as I am concerned.

I'm sure all is well within the Salford squad and its million pound plus budget, that yesterday was a one off, half the first team and the fringe players are actually much much better than our roofers, plasterers, and joiners, but just chose not to bother showing it, and you'll be able to aim for a top 12 finish again once your imports arrive.

Not all of them, Adam Clay was making his debut for the 1st team having been in the 18's and reserves last year. And young Gareth Owen only played last year because of injuries to Malcolm Alker, Stefan Ratchford and Daniel Holdsworth. If they hadn't been injured he wouldn't have even had a squad number, let alone played.

This is RL , players get injured on a fairly regular basis , you would expect 4/5 players injured at any given time , so if he is a squad player he is a 1 st team player

You will have a better team with your overseas players yes , but there was a lot of SL experience out there on monday , we are happy with our performance , if you are happy with yours , no problem
