| Do a double header like Quins RU and RL did.
A few markings need changing, both sets of fans get tickets for both games. Sale can start a little earlier

| When Sky realise I assume they would but this is Sky remember they rule everything, Sales game is on ESPN too so god knows what is gonna happen rumour that we'll be playing it at Leigh if that happens it will be the straw that breaks the camels back, be seriously close to not bothering with the sport anymore. Yes a double header has been mentioned also but ESPN will have all their equipment up etc also the corporates will be a right mess about cause they'll have both Sale and Salford fans to accomodate, the fans bar etc will also be a problem. Not possible at such short notice.

| Why are sky even allowed to change a game with just 5 days notice, for any club? Absolute joke. Who is running the sport?

| You only have to look on our board or Salford's facebook page to realise what this would mean, it would definitely be the nail in the coffin for a lot of the die hards who've been there through the thin and thin. I won't be returning along with several others. I do like the idea one poster came up with; pitch invasions, anti sky banners etc general disruption.

| It's all very well complaining about it, but Sky runs the sport and if they say a game must be played on a certain day, then we have to keep them happy. It's the same in football so don't feel too bad.

Because we've already sold about 17,000 tickets for the Friday.

One of the small drawbacks of a broadcaster funding the game.
No biggie right?

Massive biggie actually. Will sky refund Salford for the loss of corporate revenue etc that the game will produce (Every penny matters for Salford)? It also gives an unfair advantage to wakefield playing on a neutral ground, also the Salford fans and players who will want to play at home for the final game of the season. Something needs to be done, I for one will not renewing by sky subscription should this fixture change happen.

Certainly not - I agree it's a farce but if it weren't for sky then the game would probably be being played at the willows in front of 3k fans. I'd be frothing if it was gonna happen to Wakey but in reality it's just a pitfall of the game being dependant on a broadcaster - a la the premier league.

| What point is the switch one team will know the result before kick off of the second game so would it make any difference if it stays on Friday night and is on the red button.

I was actually poking a stick at a hornets nest. But once again, our game isn't big enough to play billy big bollax with Sky. Just doff your cap and say thanks.
