Just like the ARU runs Union in Australia.

I know that the NRL and ARL are in a partnership idiot, so the NRL runs all.

The QRL gets it's money and funding from the ARL just like the NSW and emerging states do.

They also run rep footy.

Every part of RL in Australia is run by the ARL and that's the same with Union and the ARU.
