The league, attendance-wise, has grown massively on average since 2000 though - comparing Hudds now to teams 12 years ago isn't quite the point.

Personally speaking, I can give a couple of reasons why Huddersfield seem to irritateenjoy going to the Galpharm? If, like the DW, it had a decent number in each week, maybe it would feel more worthwhile. But it's just too big for the club and, even if Huddersfield are a competetive team, a game vs Hudds there just doesn't feel like a big game, and watching a game from there on TV is positively tedious for some reason - it just gives the impression that if no one locally gives a crap, then why should I?

lol i give up ...........i wasnt comparing as such i was making a point that even though our crowds are around the same as what the other's were getting back then .....its now classed as a poor number because the succesful clubs have more fans now due to being succesful whereas we havent had any but are stil achieving numbers which were acceptable back then!!!

I'd normally support the club that hasn't won much in the semis and final. But not this time. Giants fans don't deserve a trip to Wembley after that terrible effort.
