Did he ? , are you sure ? , how much RFL ' development ' money went through his company ?
And even if he did , is that really what we want , ' short term fixes ' as long as things are going to ' plan ' , then as soon as things arent they pull the plug then sue the people who have tried to carry the club into the future ?
Very reliable
And what were his actual motives , have a successful RL club , or just pish of the welsh RU for not playing ball , one thing is for certain , the citizens of Bridgend didn't have a good word to say for him , in fact I'm struggling to see anybody who has a good word to say for him at all

.
This led me to believe that you thought those players with the wrong visa's only played in NL 1 and SL , when in fact they also helped the club get promoted out of NL 2
If you meant something else , away you go , explain yourself ?'" I could go back and highlight where you made the mistake, but it would be a waste of time as you have made the same error again.
The players who had the wrong visa's didnt play under the wrong visa's when in SL, which was what TonyGee incorrectly stated (among other things), which you backed up and have made the same assertion again here.

As I have stated before , it would sort out the ' Dreamers ' from the ' real deal ' or maybe you would rather somebody like Mr Vaughan or Mr Hope be allowed to take over a club again ?

But they aren't actually breaking any RFL rules let alone laws of the land , if you suggest they are , I've no doubt you can provide us with the ' Evidence '
Neither did Crusaders, hence the lack of censure from the RFL and the fine of only £5k for a regulatory infraction rather than the £60k which would have been fined from the UKBA had Crusaders been found guilty of not meeting the requirements for employing said players.
Why cant you understand the mitigating circumstances that faced Crusaders and why do you doubt given reasonable time they will start to produce more players of their own?

Yes, in the context of expansion, SL is a valid part of the debate.

It would also dis-incentivise any sensible or capable businessman from ever becoming involved in the sport.
There are better ways of doing it.

Yes you are correct , he was wrong and I was wrong in stating the same , the Celtic Crusaders have never [ to my knowledge ] infringed Vias regulations in the UK since they entered SL
They just did it the two years before that to get into SL
OK with that
Lets face it the contribution to the debate is greatly enhanced by this relevation of yours , you should be congratulated on spotting the mistake , and ' milking ' it for all your worth
You must be really chuffed to have got one right for a change

They will , if they last long enough , how long is long enough do you think , for the Crusaders , not the SWS , to produce players ?
The RFL havent taken any action yet , beause they are still conductiong the ' investigation ' 12 months later , I'm sure in a few months time they will publish the conclusion of their investigation , Quite possibly on the same day as Prince William marries Kate whotsersname

It wasn't in this debate , it was quite specific in that until a club was able to support itself financially it would remain in Championship 1

There are lots of very sensible and capable businessmen who havent a clue how to run a sports club , but they are still allowed to do it , thats why we have clubs constantly in trouble financially
I would have said , if you want somebody to take something seriously instead of treating it like a ' hobby ' the best way is to make them commit to spending money from the start

OK with that
in the context of the debate of Crusaders performance whilst in SL, it was an important distinction.
