Tell me what you actually know about the these facts and not the make believe what is in your head. How exactly do you know what Patrick Cryne will charge Wakey for using Barnsley when at this moment there is no evidence to show that Wakey have any intention of using Oakwell, perhaps the Wakey Bod have discussed the matter with you, but then again perhaps not, but don't let that stop you from trying to impress upon people on here that you actually know what you are talking about and fabricating figures to suit your obvious lack of knowledge of the situation.

| He's right though.
Granted, no one here has the figures, but unless Barnsley are running a charity there it isnt going to be cheap.
Whats the latest on the stadium situation?

This is why Savills have been commissioned by the RFL to look at the credibility of all their plans now. It is safe to say Saints are fine, they are on site and their new ground is getting built, so Widnes is a 1 season option for them and unless they hit any problems, it will be fine. Wakefield, Cas and Salford are the three that are really being looked at closely!
They all have their big hurdles to cross, Wakefield have planning issues but do have the money, Cas have the planning but not yet enough money, Salford think they have the money, but as most of it belongs to the local authority that remains to be seen! The one that doesn't convince Savills and therefore the RFL will lose out!

At the same point 3 years ago the steelwork for 2 of the stands at the LSV was already in the ground , the RFL refused to acknowledge the LSV as available for the 2009 season despite it being 80 % complete in june 2008
Those hurdles you mention , even Saints are as big as the Himalayas
Noned of the 4 teams mentioned will play at their new stadiums at the start of the next licence period , none of them should even be considered , they should all be marked on their past/current ground
Not that it makes any difference as they are all old and decrepid , so in effect it evens them all out

I wonder if the cuts of funding to Local Councils announced today will scupper Salfords plans

Quite possibly and that is my point, although Peel are putting money in I understand that the council were initially footing the majority of the £20m and that the £10m that Peel were putting in was conditional and tied to some sort of rebate deal? I don't know the in's and out and I am speculating now but now things have changed it may change lots of things for Salford and the money.

Hopefully it will be resolved on this coming Friday if everything goes our way, which the people that matter seem confident about but who knows what will happen. As for using another ground that is merely a contingency plan as far as I am aware for if the stadium gets a green light and the stadium is late on completion for the 2012 season assuming we get a franchise. Barnsley along with Leeds and Doncaster are grounds that are being discussed by fans as to which would be the most suitable and Oakwell seems the one most prefered by the fans, in this financial climate I would imagine any business man such as Mr Cryne would welcome any extra income no matter how small but who knows really.

Judging by CVAs / IVAs / Winding up orders / unpaid players I assume your economic illiteracy is a wakefield thing.
Now chissitt do you reply and show that you actually do 'give a toss' or do you jog on
Please see above quote from you thats assuming I have not made it up it quite clearly states that you think its a silly thing to do by renting their facilities.
Btw it just goes to show what length you will go to by bringing up the clubs financial irregularities to hide the embarassment you are causing yourself on here, oh and fwiw my own personal economy is doing great thanks, its because I go to work something for you to think about as you grow up, in future years you will look back on this period of time and wished you had taken more notice of your teachers at school when all of your mates have got decent jobs.
And now I will jog on because I take no pleasure in you making yourself look a fool.
