If we could have someone with a vision that can illustrate the merits of increasing the broadcasting rights to get the better quality of players across here and give the game a facelift marketing wise, there’s every possibility we can.

Well the rumour is that the clubs have rejected the proposal and I think the reason is likely to be the answer to a question that doesn't seem to have been asked - If the end of season Super 8's competitions are being removed, what is coming in to replace them with regards to P&R as it relates to Super League.

It's all well and good to increase the number of clubs in the Championship, but if that leads to a dead end with no chance of getting to the top table then what's really in it for Championship and League 1 clubs to accept the changes?

Now with your crystal ball tell us who will pay more than sky for super league rights.

Also where do you get this idea from that BT show better soccer games. BT have the 2nd worst of the premier league rights package. BT lost Serie A to eleven sports also. Paid over the odds for champions league and are now paying for it.

What else can I mention. How the chief executive got sacked as subscriptions are not growing. Share holders expressing they are not happy with results.

Let's go on with more regarding BT. Recently lost UFC and NBA rights! The days of BT sport spending big on sport are well gone.

The days of multi sports broadcasting are fading IMO. Sport specific broadcasting is the future, similar to what the NFL, NRL and WWE have introduced.

Well, if the RFL can get TWP in SL for next season and possibly a few more NA clubs in the ranks before 2021 then there's hope for an increase in revenue from a new deal.
At the end of the day, SKY will want new audiences in new markets so they can make more ad revenue rather than poor ad revenue as it currently stands because of the saturated number of flat cap clubs!
