I’m not a Leigh fan and like I said I have nothing against Toronto (at least they’ve done it the right way and started at the bottom) but the only way there was 7400 in that ground is if your capacity is 25,000 because it was two thirds empty |

Capacity is 9 600....the stated figure was correct, as were all figures from last year.....this constant questioning of accurate figures from Toronto home attendance is strikingly odd....very odd indeed.
Is some type of weird English cultural dynamic happening?...in NA a team (any pro team) would never publish a false figure for attendance...it seems to be the norm in England so let me assure you...the attendance figure was not only correct but probably a little on the light side. All previous figures are also correct....you can trust me, I'm a Canadian. |

I don't know why I'm bothering really, but, since you were so inclusive "in NA a team (any pro team).... " isn't a true reflection of what happens at all in my experience.
I bought tickets on the open market for a 'sell out' SF Giants baseball game on the day and sat in a half empty stadium where the announcer stated that this was another sell out crowd in a record run of sell out games....you couldn't make it up, or perhaps you do? |
