No embarrassment here, I read the rfl site which stated "no charge" and I interpreted that as he had no case to answer. Not an unreasonable assumption, but as this is the rfl I perhaps should have known better.
Moa gets a one game ban. His previous good record probably went in his favour. If the rfl and the referees are consistent I would expect a number of forward who employ that style of tackle (Morley, Bailey, carvel, et al) to be sitting out games a number of time this season, but, this is the rfl, I should know better  |
