The Hull FC fans on this thread are pathetic.

moan moan moan... the view is not good, we don't like the chairman, it might rain.... whine whine whine

They really are symptomatic of the plastic sky armchair fan.

Terrible.

Would you pay £7 more than everyone else to go to cinemas, knowing you will only see half of the screen ?

The away end is pathetic at Rovers; if they had a half decent stand the derby's would be far better at CP

North Stand had available tickets, blah blah blah, can someone lock this thread now we're going round in circles (this discussion probably needs a decent half back to organise it icon_wink.gif )

Probably because most of these hardcore Rovers fans who would go to the ends of the earth to watch their team were actually in the pub. icon_rolleyes.gif

Mate, there were more Rovers fans on Saturday than go to our other league games, whereas you only brought 600 of your 13,000 regulars. You really are missing the point, no doubt deliberately, our home gate is not the issue here (it is smaller than yours but growing), your fans desire to "travel" to the away derby is sleepy.gif

You probably had a couple of hundred more home fans than normal for this game. To say we only took 600 is a joke. It was more like 1000 as we had sold 600 tickets in the South stand prior to the game and we had lots of fans in the North stand.

This was your home fixture yet loads of your "fans" were watching the game in the pubs. When you can convince them to come to a home game where they would have a far better view than the away fans maybe you can comment about away support. I actually watched the game at a pub about 5 mins drive from Craven pack and it had loads of plastic Rovers fans in there making out they were the diehard loyals icon_rolleyes.gif

Keep it up, what's the next subject change? Your fans didn't turn up to support the mighty FC take on Rovers in East Hull. We do turn up at your place (circa 2/3rds of our home gate made the effort versus 6-7% of yours). End of.

First we had the "reasons", then we get the straw man. Time to lock it mods, purlease...

Keep on missing the obvious reason if you wish. It just re-inforces the small club mentality you and your fellow fans seem to have. That was probably our lowest away turn out of the season (apart Salford), we will take more to Catalan in a few weeks but you keep on convincing yourself its got something to do with loyalty if you want.

May I remind you of a few years ago when the Rovers fans were plotting a boycott to a the Clive Sullivan trophy game because they wasn't get 50% of the income of the game.

So you lot are no better.

Which TBF you didn't well the North stand was half full that day so I reckon there was still a chunk of your support who stayed away.

The fact is though you were creating excuses not to attend which is what this whole thread is about isn't it ?
