| I watched most of the Tigers-Eels game but saw bits of the Dragons game aswell on nrl.bigpond, that the best i've seen the Broncos for ages and the worst i've seen of the Dragons, i didn't see last weeks games, but the Broncos were solid in defence. Soward had two disallowed but the second one looked a close call where i think the ref said it went forward off Dan Hunt's hand but the Broncos were too good, they didn't allow Soward to control the game like he normally does. I dont think Hornby offers much in attack, i know Soward is the main man for them but when there closing him down straight away Hornby should be taking pressure off him and he doesn't do enough IMO.
The Dogs could end up top especially with the Dragons having to play the Eels in the last game, but the main thing is getting themselves ready for the finals. They should beat the Bunnies next week but i'm sure Bennett wont be panicking just yet, i still wouldn't bet against them.

The forwards need to pick up this week, that's what has got the Dragons where they are this season but lately they haven't been as strong. Plus teams are running at Soward alot to make him do plenty of defending and there closing him down quick in attack. Ben Creagh seems very quiet indeed, normally very dangerous on the left edge.
Bennett will be working on it and he'll get them ready for the finals, next week is a good chance to play themselves back into a bit of form against the Rabbitohs, if they lose then i'd be worried. But i cant see them losing after the Panthers smashed them today.

| Hindmarsh and Grothe back for the Eels which will make a difference, still think the Dragons will win but i dont think they'll hammer them like they did last week. If the Dragons get on top early on they'll wear them down but if they dont and the Eels go infront it could be a cracker. The Eels need to improve in the forwards on last week.

| eels need to get to a 12 - 0 lead to be any chance at kogarah.
one win by us doesnt stop the chokers tag.
we need to keep kicking our opposition whilst they are down.
same as last week. destroy their forwards and they have no chance
