Good ban all trouble makers from all teams from all grounds for life, we do not need them but it happens all the time, when I was a young lad and when I got married and had kids it was like it, some Moran would spoil it for others we was always pointing them out to police

| At the magic weekend there was a group of young, rather 'vociferous' widnes fans that were barracking a couple of Wire fans, it looked like it was going to turn nasty till the Wire fans moved - i hope the Widnes club stamp this out quickly though, i dont want to read about crowd trouble at RL games - and thats 3 away games in a row i've read about Widnes fans kicking off !

| I'd like to know how they have got into the stadium carrying smoke bombs. Surely this is a security issue for Warrington as well as bans from the widnes club?

| I hope they root them out and ban them, and i hope any genuine fan who knows who these numbskulls are doesnt hesitate in handing over their names to the club.

| I'd just like to say that while there are some morons following Widnes, not all of their supporters are bad. I've had probably one of my best memories of opposition fans come from a Widnes Fan at the Premiership final against Bradford in 1989 I think(Hull KR were in the 2nd division final against Oldham and got beat after being 28-4 up). I was only a lad and I was queuing for a drink at half time and a Widnes fan accidentally pushed into me and knocked me over. He not only picked me up and said sorry but he also bought me my drink. That level of behaviour and friendliness is what we should all strive for in our game.

| From the looks of it about 4 or 5 fella's and about 15 cheer leaders.
From an average crowd of 6k that's way below 1%.
Lets not hang the club or Widnes over a few headcases.
The club have acted in the best way possible, because whilst they may miss the income of 15 people. They would miss by far the income of sponsors, away fans and home fans.
Part of the issue is that on away fixtures it's always harder to police your own set of supporters. So away fans tend to be able to create incident after incident.
I can only think of Wigan who have managed to take fans to task, whilst at Huddersfield earlier this year.
I think some support for clubs from fans, to take strong action and ban across all clubs. The difficulty with a ban is enforcing it. If I take my £20-£25 on match day, no one has a clue who I am.
So it's only really effective on season ticket holders.

| Let's be fair, they're not fans, I doubt they're season ticket holders or care at all about Widnes. They're a bunch of pi***d up blokes looking for a bit of bother and seeing the rugby as something to latch on to. Not a Widnes shirt between em.

That's interesting because at the Wire v Trinity game last week the stewards were bag searching Wakefield fans at the turn style.

That's not exactly a measure of being a fan or being a trouble maker. I've missed about a dozen Salford games home and away in the past 20 seasons and none of the group I go to games with wear replica shirts (although that might be partly to do with Salford's abysmal merchandise). Plenty of the Widnes/Wakey fans involved in the antics at Belle Vue seemed to be in replica shirts though.

| Doesn't sound good.
Also not condoning any fans causing trouble but there's a pretty bad looking video that I've just seen on twitter showing a Steward basically piling in and throwing about 10 upper cuts on someone whilst his other mate holds him.
Not good at all, And there's no excuse for what the steward did.
