If this were to happen, there is a good chance that Saints could pick Wigan for the last ever game at Knowsley Road - what a game that would be!

i have a feeling leeds could win too. they will be sore after the cup final defeat and know that they have to produce in the play offs. they aren't going to give the trophy up without a major battle.
would love to see wire win their last game at KR, but just can't see it. it will be a titanic battle though.
giants will be too strong for cru, but they have done well just to get there. i hope they play some of the football they have tried this season though, they have been great to watch sometimes this year.

I don't think that can happen. Leeds are in Qualifying Play Off 1 and the Hull derby is Elimination Play Off 2 so they can't meet each other until the semi-final stage.

1st can pick 2nd if they lose in their week 1 game to 3rd and then win their week 2 game. 1scan't pick the other winners from week 1 as they get home advantage from winning the week 1 game...

Scratch that. It can happen. I didn't realise that in week 2 the highest ranked team automatically plays the lowest ranked team.

Home sides to win. With repeats of the Wigan vs Leeds, Saints vs Wire for the semis. Wigan vs Saints for the Final. Wigan to win it this year for me.

Let's assume Wire and Leeds win in the first round...

Wigan and Saints then win in the second...

Does Wire then have the Club Call... and can they only chose between Wigan and Saints??

Or, would Wigan get the Club call regardless and who would they be able to chose from if Saints have also lost?

If that was the case and Leeds beat Wigan, whoever wins from Wire v Saints would have clubcall.

If Wigan win in week 1, Saints lose in week 1 and win in week 2, Wigan could pick Saints if they wanted.

So 1st can play 2nd.

It would, its a shame Wire wouldn't able to pick Leeds in that case; force Wigan and Saints to thrash it out between them in the semi.
