They've stayed pretty loyal from game 3 last year apart from the odd few, Barrett, G Stewart, Jennings etc.
I cant understand why Gidley is full back. He's a good player but in Origin you need to top quality FB who's a threat in attack and Gidley isn't. He's better coming from the bench. Hayne will be sick, what has he got to do to be FB? Just because Gidley is the captain, it's a joke and the selectors want sacking. QLD will win the series IMO because they'll win game 1 and then NSW will have a totally different side in game 2 in Brisbane and QLD will win that aswell.
I'd of gone with Idris at centre instead of Tahu and an extra forward on the bench. I wouldn't have played Lyon at 6 although there isn't many options. Maybe someone like John Sutton who's been in good form the last few weeks would of been better. Forwards are pretty good.
Inglis will win the series for QLD, always hit's form round this time of year and i expect him to do the same as he always does in Origin.

I would have Idris in no danger.
