I didn't realise that Leigh had two French players -- Ilias Bergal on the wing and Kevin Larroyer in the second row.

Anyway, here is the video highlights of the game:

www.to13.com/actualites/leigh-v- ... ume-video/

The big question for Toulouse is what to do when Johnathan Ford is fit and ready to play. How can the coach drop either of the current halves, Stanislas Robin or William Barthau?

Wili Sylvain Houles put either Robin or Barthau on the bench as substitute hooker? At least it will be a rare luxury for the club to have three very talented halves available.

Quote: atomic "I think that was the lad walking on one leg at one point. Thats commitment. Robin for me was outstanding as was Rhys Curran and Hepi had a blinder.'"

Curran has been the players player of the year for the past three seasons, very underrated. Hepi was immense last season and is getting better.
Ford, Planas and Rapira still to come back from injury.

Three?! That's greedy! Any chance you could spare one for us, please? icon_wink.gif

Actually, we have three French players - we also have Jordan Dezaria from Catalans, waiting to get a game. I like the look of this lad - he is big, robust, energetic and appears to have a good offload. Hopefully he will now get a chance, when our new coach comes in.

Is he about 5 ft tall, and looks about 16 years old ? Smallest winger I've seen for years.

Definitely the smllest winger i've seen for a while, he's 5'6" in his socks and weighs in at just over 11 stones. He very quick, reminds me of a young Escaré. He played FB for the French U18s v England U18s last year. He's tiny but very quick and very strong.

Excellent situation. I fear for the self-confidence of Rochdale after this coming match is over.

Merci Phil.

The squad looks very strong for Rochdale, Gavin missing so maybe Seb will slot in there. William, Johnno, Stan and Anthony all included which provides Houles with a nice problem....

If you were a fan of Catalans and French RL 'in general' which you are not, you would be aware that Leigh Centurions have 3 French players.
We also signed Jordan Dezaria from your beloved ( icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif ) Catalans Dragons !!!
Please Jean, you have Google....USE IT ! c020.gif

I suspect that TO will give Rochdale a good hiding tomorrow. Fax beat them last weekend despite playing dismally - our ball retention in particular was awful. Whatever the score, I wouldn't take the game tomorrow as an indication of how well TO will fare come the end of the season.

Fax have some serious team dynamics to resolve (between experienced but ageing pro's, up and coming reserves, and a smattering of loan & DR players) but the clash with TO on 23rd March could be a better measure of how both teams are shaping up.

That's exactly how it will be Sparky, you can only play what's in front of you but the performance against Swinton was pretty poor as was the first half against Sheffield. Ford is very much an on-field motivator, more than any other player so I expect better discipline against Hornets. If TO get off to a quick start this could be a cricket score but if Kilshaw tries to slow the game down as in previous metings it could be a lot closer.

Only a matter of hours before kickoff and I still don't know what Sylvaiin Houles has decided between the three great halves that Toulouse now has.
