Salford is the most proactive Club scouting France. We already picked up Fages and signed another French lad in the Pre season. So not all Clubs have missed the boat. |

Some english SL clubs were informed about Escaré five years ago when he was playing in the juniors, he was showing his talents at an early age. He was without doubt the brightest thing to come out of the french youth system for years but nobody bothered to listen !
Other french kids, one an international have been recommended to the SL but nobody has wanted to take the plunge. |

I think these French stars need to stay in France.....Catalan winning SL would be immense for the growth of the game there IMO |

true enough GF but the problem is that the kids either
a) Play at UTC where Steve D is doing a cracking job but can in no way get into the senior side because of imports etc
b) They play at other LER clubs and can never progress to the next level
Seems such a waste of talent to me... |
