fwiw i thought some of thalers decisions were pretty baffling for both sides.
we simply had more bottle than crusaders,who were the better team in possession but tries win games not possession.

I thought the sin binning was incredibly harsh given that Hudds didn't appear to be set-up to take a quick restart (mainly due to how ball when dead), but it did confuse me when in the Hull derby Peter Fox wasn't sinbinned for a more obvious professional foul. It's just not consistent.

It might have been harsh, but it was the right call.

shame the TJ couldnt have come on sooner in the game to point out the infringments that Cru were commiting in the ruck to slow the Giants down.

End of the day Giants scored 3 tries to 1 interception.

The RFL must be hard up for good referee's. Thaler has made some shocking decisions this year in games ive to been to and watched on the Telly. If I made as many mistakes where I work, I would be shown my P45.

Why are you not constantly carping on about the players/coaches/backroom staff of the club you support and the mistakes they make, or is it just match officials.

As an example why are there not pages of diatribe and other comments about Pat Richards not scoring the winning goal for Wigan.

He made a mistake, he failed, he got it wrong, he didn't score, his team lost but there are not pages and pages of posts about it.

Honestly, your constant defence of even the most incompetent showings by match officials is getting a little tiresome now.

We get your point, it's a tough job (I know, I've done it albeit at a very low level). That doesn't - and shouldn't - excuse them from criticism however when they monumentally cock it up.

Mainly because Pat Richards will discuss what happened, analyse what went wrong and probably apologise for his mistakes to those it affected. Do you think Thaler will do (or has done) anything similar to the above?
