as i stated elsewhere only cam smith & watmough would get anywhere near our pack'"
Burgess is far better at prop than in the back-row.

Watching his performances throughout last season, when he's against better teams he needs to be at prop.

In the last ten years GB had its biggest losses, home and away!

| Folau almost certain to pull out due to injury. I smell a Dragon incoming. Brett Morris or Darius Boyd, preferrably Morris.
Hindmarsh and White also under injury clouds. Noooo, not Hindmarsh on his return. In any event, I dearly hope his initial selection means he'll be accepted back into Origin next year.
If White exits, you'd think Poore will be in. Hindmarsh's replacement? Perhaps Taylor? Not really a like for like swap though, is it? I'll be keen to see what happens.

| Feel more confident without Falou in the team.
This might make Smith more willing to pick Eastmond at left centre if he performs well again there in the Grand Final. Eastmond in defence against Falou would have been a no contest, particularly in the air.
Is there any chance Inglis might miss the tour with court hearings etc? If he was to miss out as well then Aus would lose 2 of their biggest advantages over the other sides.

| Shame that we wont get to see Falou but I suppose it is good news for our slim chances of getting near their backline!

| Looks like Folau/Brett Morris swap was already confirmed when I had made my post.
I don't feel like we lost much, if anything at all. Folau is the best in the air, bar none, but Morris is a much harder worker and is also better defensively. The backline may not look quite as imposing without Folau, but i'm happy with it.

Why play Eastmond in the centre when there's Shenton, who in the last 2 years has run rings round every centre he's played against at least once - and that includes Eastmond defending out there last year. On top of that Shenton is a far better defender - but he doesn't play for Saints so none of that matters of course
