I don't see a problem with it either.....but I suspect the RFL will.

Why there is a problem with this is a mystery.
Let them go to the wall.
It might refocus a few clubs but seeing as most are run by financial half wits then it may not happen.
In the RL clubs favour at least they are not as bad as the no wits that run soccer clubs.
Time for a financial reality check for all clubs and not hiding behind dodgy financial audits etc.

At the moment the people who own the Bradford Bulls are the Creditors (unless the bid has now been fully completed).

So saying let them go to the wall means, let the Creditors get nothing. The Bulls will rise again in this or another league. Whilst I am not averse to a punishment. They can't just be let to go to the wall as it's not a choice. It's down to the administrator to get as much cash as he can for those owed money. Why would we want to stop that????

Excuse my ignorance on this matter,but how common is it for an individual to take a sports club into administration and then be permitted to purchase the same sports club a relatively short time later?

Nice to see an individual who has been such a success in the sport take advantage of cronyism and get another good position having left Castleford,who have had a sudden surge in attendances and on-field success since he left.

Is it correct that as Marc Green was allegedly owed money he would be aware of what the potential new owners were offering in their bid to purchase the club?

I know Bates bought Chelsea for a pound and with a Trust fund he had in the Cayman Islands he was never fully investigated by the apparent official bodies in the UK.
