I didn't know about the North Stand tickets being available to Hull fans. Did the Hull shop sell them? Or did they only sell South Stand? Junior swaps were for the South Stand. That may be one reason.
Another being that all the fans like to be sat together in one area (we provide this for you at the KC) not split in to two different sections were they cannot sing and celebrate together.


The only explanation? Or are you just too simple to think of any others? I've given you two without trying.

Not really .....did you not read the full thread? The reason most FC fans gave new Craven Park a miss, was because they will not give Hugnel a penny of their cash.
I am proud of my City of Hull, and am a supporter of the FC but I would not give your chairman a penny from my old age pension. See we're not as daft as he thinks -and that includes a hell of a lot of the HKR teams fans too. He would be far better telling it 'how it is' then may be his own fans will help swell his coffers.
I just hope that he made sure then Justin got the pound I sent (got a certificate of posting for it from the PO). Oh please. The North stand is an OK place to watch rugby. You lot didn't buy the tickets still available there, which means you didn't want to watch your team play Rovers on Saturday. Everything else is just smokescreen or tangents from you. You think we like giving James & Kath our money after the various stunts FC have pulled over the years? Not really, but FFS I'm not going to let it stop me supporting my team against you lot, like I have done since god knows when (even when I knew we were going to get well and truly stuffed). That's what support means.

If you'd bought every available OK seat, but left the dodgy South Terrace as a wasteland, I'd give you all the credit in the world. But you didn't. Get over it, methinks you protest too much

I never said it wasn't. I just said it wasn't as good as watching it from the North Stand at the KC, something you claimed was "just as good as".


In that case, we'll bump up the price of the North Stand by 70% of the normal price and see how many loyal Rovers fans turn up to watch the game

Those North stand seats where only available at the KR end of the job and last year it was very difficult to get them.

Plus you had a around 100 left and as you charge the same price for all your seats at Craven Park. There is a price hike there as well, £20 the same as the main side price. You lot know how to charge I will give you that its the same price as the KCs North and south stands, except you get wet and it bounces.

Go to the Rovers shop, or phone them up, buy a ticket, go to the match - how hard is that? I bought my KC derby tickets direct from FC after we'd filled your North Stand, it really wasn't complicated and it meant I got to see the game. Everything else you go on about is just pitiful excuses I'm afraid - ooo, the Golf Stand hasn't got a roof and the angle of seating isn't quite as good as the KC. Hmmm, yes, I can really see how that'd put you off, nothing to do with your league position or fear of watching FC lose to Rovers. Dear oh dear.

Rovers fans not buying the Golf Stand tickets is a swerve. We had circa 8,500 fans there, we have lower home support than you for decades of reasons... but they all turned up on Saturday. You lot on the other hand? Well only about 6-7% of your home fanbase wanted to support your team in the local derby. Well done.

Anyway, like the other bloke said, to be honest I really don't care that much about crowds as long as we're winning and higher in the league. The fact you had a bigger home gate wasn't that depressing for me in 1980, 1984 or 1985, amongst others, and I'm sure it won't bother me in the years to come either
