The detail will be in the business plan that was submitted to Steve Ferres. They do not need to make that public if they don't want to.

The story on their site is letting their fans know they applied, nothing more.

As for the travel costs argument which has been put forward a couple of times, Conference football teams seem to manage the trips, my own team have 11 away trips each season of 150 miles or over including 5 of over 200 miles, they seem to manage to find the cost of hiring a coach for the day.
