Are you watching Inglis? Have you seen the size of him? Whoever was on that right hand side wouldn't have made the blindest bit of difference.'"
I agree as a team we are miles behind but Ellis, Peacock, Graham, Morley would all look fine in the Aussie team. Its our defending that kills us, not missing tackles, we don't miss many. We just never get in their faces and put them on the back foot, our line speed is light years behind. As a result their golden boys get space and their kickers have a week to pick a spot ours have about an inch to work in.
I honestly believe Senior could have done a better job today (if its true he would have played). I don't blame Lee Smith for not single handly marshalling Inglis (though his positioning has been shocking) but he hasn't even laid a hand on him yet, Senior would have at least put his body there.
I am not trying to sound anti Leeds the 4 mentioned had a shocking first half, but the coach has got it wrong tactically again, Peacock is not agile enough for modern back row and the coach has to take responsibility for his choice its put pressure on the rest to cover across when the Aussies go wide.
Second half is much better but honestly think the Aussies are already in the showers plotting for the final
