It seems that you, just like the rest of us, hasn't a clue when the draw will take place, which is just ridiculous.
Not having a go at you here but, our sport is just an amateur set up, especially right at the top of the sport.

There are some in charge, taking huge wages and they would be useless running a mickey up in a brewery.

The gain the kudos of having a popular (ex) Royal making the draw but, haven't got the faintest idea on how to maximise the exposure of him doing so.
They may as well of asked my Gran, at least we know where she will be on Thursday and she would commit to a time, as long as there were a few chocolate biscuits and a pot of tea on offer.

I really can think of a more inept governing body.

On a side issue, they have now made the rest of the clubs responsible for the Odsal debacle "Bullstax" or something similar.

The formal stuff starts at around 1pm so I expect the draw will be made around 1:30pm. My mate is hoping to be away by 3 to catch his flight home.

He may have more important things to do than sticking his hand in a bag of balls.

It is all going on in the same place but even people attending are not sure what time. I just happened to speak to someone representing a nation this morning and he said he couldn't meet for a beer as he had to be there for 1pm and was hoping to leave at 3pm for a 6pm flight.

It does seem to be a bit better organised than the table in the reception area of the Keepmoat stadium to announce Tony Adams however I'm not sure how much better organised.

There is of course the security aspect and maybe HRH is too much of a risk as public enemy number one to have the every details released just yet.

I agree and therefore, it's unlikely to be drawn "live" on TV and consequently, it would have been well advised to say that the draw will be "shown" at (peak time) on whichever TV channel. Instead, we have "the biggest RL event in history" looking more like school sports day, where everyone may have to hang around for the special guest to give out the prizes.
As I said - no idea how to maximise publicity - none, it's embarrassing.

Given the fact his name is trending all over the shop and he has not spoken publicly since Megxit came to light you would think the marketing experts at #RLWC2021 HQ would have at least used the hashtag 'PrinceHarry' a few times and made a point of the fact this is likely to be his first public comment since it kicked off.

There will be red top journo's desperate to get a question to him here. It is a golden ticket for RL and they appear to be trying to keep it a secret
