It actually happened in mid December, and it was the Leigh & Wigan college U-16 team that played Mercian, not the Centurions U-17 academy one. The Tommy Sale Youth Foundation, runs 2 teams.....a college one for students only, and an 'open invitation' one for any players aged 16 and 17. Though you already knew that didn't you ?

The Leeds vs Bradford friendly on Sunday has sold out and will live on sky.

Well looks like the thread is back on track after all the predictable bickering so we have these in addition to the leeds game. wakey fielding a pretty strong side v hull kr who look like fielding a lot of their new signings (and there are a lot). also hull fc in action at the unusual venue of brantingham park v london broncos (RL ground anoraks might like to tick this ground for their list). both teams may be somewhat under strength

Good luck to Fev for their game against Valencia tomorrow. There were a large number of Yorkshire folk on our flight over today so hope they get to see a good game. Believe there are 3 young Salford lads getting some game time for Valencia so will be interesting to see how they go.
