So just the 3 top level finals count ? (1 from 15 years ago) 1 where the club were steady underdogs after reaching their first top level final in 22 years and 1 which we did blow (hindered massively by best player exiting stage left 48 hours before final ) |

Never said he had, he's only coached in 3 at the top level . But I don't get why the championship finals shouldn't count ? Granted still not a great conversion rate but how many finals have Cas and fev made in the 90s 00s 2010s without DP.

On what grounds?
If Fev manage to beat Toulouse and Toronto (yes, it's long odds against), they'll be in SL next year. There really isn't any feasible objection that could be made. |

Doubt that. I reckon they'll rather see young players play week in, week out in a properly coached and structured side rather than in a mix and match of ever changing players going through rehab, having been dropped etc. against another side of similar composition. Hetherington never wanted reserves, I doubt he's minded to embrace the idea now. |
