Drums at sporting events are always annoying. Twatting out of it incessantly is not an “atmosphere”

Strange that, I actually enjoyed it!
I thought the weather was a good leveler & Huddersfield put a shift in to say they'd not much to play for other than pride. I don't suppose the higher position = extra cash to the club is a big deal (unlike povvy Wakefield).
A good hit-up for Wigan, in G.F. weather conditions.

As was pointed out at the end, Wigan have built momentum in the 6 rounds of the 8's......winning is a habit and momentum is key....they are the form side in this convoluted system...Wayne to leave a winner maybe?

| Talk this year of Cas learning from last year and perhaps being better equipped for the playoffs but massive ask for them to go away to Wigan and win a playoff SF. Can’t really see it personally, who wins the other Sf between Saints and Wire could be close.
Actually some important games left in the 8’s with Wire v Saints this week and Saints v Cas next week which could have a baring on the playoffs, not so much finishing positions but performances and taking them into the playoffs.

Saints scored 140 more points than anyone else in the regular season, conceding a frugal 13 a game.....if Wigan meet them and are to defeat them, they will need to score more than 25 points IMHO.....and I think their defense is good, but their attack ain't that good!
....but first, CASTLEFORD.......the posh part of Wakefield ......Cas are like St Helens "lite"....they throw it about and sheer wigan grunt won't be enough....if little tommy tommy L is Out, I reckon Castleford could do them at the DW....
...STILL....It's not as exciting as the Qualifiers

Saints aren’t reaching the levels of earlier this season so don’t think their total season points tally is too relevant and as for Cas throwing it about and Wigan grunt not being enough.....have you ever watched a playoff series before, how often is throwing it about the style that wins? Grunt usually is the winning way.

| Cas haven't thrown it around much this year. It's been nothing like 2017, not as turgid as the tripe served up at Headingley, but certainly minimal razzle dazzle.

Hey William you’ve finally returned. Took you almost a year to get over telling all Leeds fans they didn’t stand a chance at Old Trafford last October only for it to blow up in your face again.

The stars aligned for Leeds that night and we both know it. Cas were and continue to a be a country mile ahead of Leeds.
Crosby & Thompson? Dear o dear. Aim high Leeds.
