Depends whether you like walking.
Its about 1 - 1.5 miles to the ground from the centre of Perpignan and there is a McDonalds about half way if you need refreshments (they sell chilled bottled beer in there

We've always walked, about 30 - 40 mins, a bit longer if you stop for a burger though.
It's a straight road, very easy to find etc. and then you will stumble on the converted cinema, next to the ground, which seems to be used mainly by visiting supporters
