What has become very clear over the last few years is that there is no one at all with any meaningful wealth with the inclination to put a penny into Bradford. Now I personally find it a little baffling that a club in a city, with relatively solid core support, and a brand that is tarnished but recognised can attract precisely no pounds (does any neutral fan not find it a little odd or it just me?). But that’s where we are, and for as long as that scenario remains, there can only ever be a lower division Bradford.

We can't find anyone with any money to invest - you can't get promoted without a millionaire - you get stuck in the lower divisions making it harder to attract anyone with any money to invest. And repeat.

Shame for the Bulls Koukash didn't pick them up instead of Salford a few years back. It would have been a far better fit for both parties imo.

Didn't he try to do that indirectly through Mrs Koukash? The problem with his efforts at Salford have been down to the team underachieving and a lack of consistency (One step forward and two back). Until Salford start performing regularly and shake off the inferior SL club tag the Salford public won't associate themselves with them. This year was much better apart from the points deduction but the club has to build on this now.

Some karma for Koukash after what Green did but I'm sure he'll feel sympathy for the loyal Bulls supporters, players and staff.

The way championship clubs recieve funding is a recipe for disaster. If a club finishes lower than expected suddenly they have a big chunk of money missing. Bulls in administration, Halifax have asked all players to take a pay cut.

The amount of money the club spent on monkey suits, quad bikes, trumpets, pyrotechnics, amplifiers and sponge fingers has cost them dear.

Oh apart from the fact that Bradford managed to go bust whilst still in SL with 10000+ crowds and all the advantages of a recently winning side.

I'm not anti Bradford and as a fan you'd have to be harsh not to feel some empathy for other fans, but lets be realistic the custodians of the club were the ones who managed this decline.
