| I predict :
- Kilshaw will complain about the standard of refereeing and linesman will cost his side points
- Will choose to throw the ball around rather than slowing the game down
- Will rant about the foreign invasion, play victim and put Brexit on every shirt as a show of solidarity
- Will be quietly drunk as a skunk after victory in Toulouse
- Will dance naked on the photos of the Toulouse team for a week
- Rochdale will play like they never played before and spring a surprise
Score: Toulouse 12 Rochdale 44
..... something's not right here. Oops sorry

In the sin bin. Justice will be done to the coach.

Haha .... actually i just saw Kilshaw's pre game interview. He looks and sounds like a changed man. The Club must have been in his ear to reform - so my vitriol can be diluted now !!
He admits they slowed the games down previously, but said they will be attacking with their previously absent backs returning. They are a very good team, so Toulouse will have to play at another level to beat them, in my opinion.
I think he will need to be careful not to risk any " on reports" - just in case they loose players if they have to play the in the playoffs. It will be interesting to watch their strategy.
A cool 19C day is forecast - ideal.
For those that can read French, a bit on the TO tactics for the day, from TO player Gregory White and some complimentary words for Rochdale Hornets : www.to13.com/actualites/finale-l ... ory-white/

| UPDATE
In the last 24hrs ....... a promo video has just been released on Facebook. Look under Toulouse Olympique and share if you want to give international expansion a lift.
almost 4700 views in 24 hrs, and rapidly climbing .
5 players are back in for Toulouse that were not in the last Rochdale game.
3 or 4 are returning for Rochdale
Some supporters are telling me that Kilshaw is communicating that he will attack, and not use slowing tactics. He has told his players to be hard and provocative in the face of the Frenchman to force reactions, just don't let the ref or linesman see anything that could risk suspension in case they have to go to the playoffs.
He still hates the French, hates international expansion, but was told to improve his image by the Club as it risked bringing the club into disrepute. The CEO left his job, around the time of those earlier episodes. Enough was enough.
But despite all the public face changing Kilshaw is rope-able for the way fans and the RL community treated him for his bad verbal conduct and the grief from the 1st and 2nd games went. The Widnes games did not go unnoticed by Denis Betts and neither a few of the others including Doncaster and Hunslet. He will not want failure. He wants revenge and justification for his tactics even though he's pretending to soften his presentation with a new haircut, beard, being well dressed and complimentary of Toulouse. But Kilshaw hates Toulouse.
So Rochdale will not be slowing it down, they will attack, and attack hard.
This is Kilshaw's day - he must not make a mistake. Rochdale will be twice the side they were on the last visit.
Even though Toulouse beat Leigh and pushed hard to win the respect of Wakefield, they will have to be twice the team they were against them. This is going to be a very good Rochdale side.
But there's one thing I know, Toulouse respect all their opponents.- equally, Toulouse do not forget. Kilshaw's tactics will be the deciding factor.
Go Toulouse !! Vive expansion internationale !!

Cliched clap trap. So, tell me, why is Toulouse winning good for the game?

They have massively more potential than Rochdale.

| Having had to witness the abject performance against Toulouse few weeks back anything has to better than the negative RL dished up that day by the Hornets. Even the coach admitted the anti-rugby tactics didn't work in his interview a couple of days ago.

Because Toulouse is an expansion team that will bring thousands of new players and thousands of new spectators in France into the game if it rises to Super League. That is good for the game.
Rochdale by contrast is a little parochial English town that will add nothing in terms of new English players or spectators to the game, and will never rise to Super League, even if it wins.

| How does promotion and relegation work in this division? Are Rochdale up now with their win today in France?

Well done Rochdale Hornets, all you 'expansion lovers' have gone a little quiet !
