| Quote: NickyKiss "I've been there that much in the past couple of years watching Wigan's sporting sides that I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to cater to the towns needs. Although saying that we haven't had any reason to leave until a good 30-45 mins after the full time whistle/hooter anyway
Getting out of Wembley is pretty easy...it then depends on the trains, tubes and queues for them. If it were me, I'd head for Wembley Stadium Station, catch a train to Marylebone and walk the 1.5 miles to Euston. Train Journey is 35 minutes, walk is 10 minutes and I would leave myself 40minutes from seat at stadium to getting on a train....best to maybe head for the gate at 5.15pm sharp to make sure and allow for any mishaps. I'd also recommend you use that route to get to the ground so you know where you're heading......

If you left at 5.30pm and just queued on Wembley Walk for the tube I reckon you'd make Euston for 7 - It's not too far at all really.

You will get to euston easy and should have time to spare. Tube from Wembley Park on the metropolitan either get off a euston square (if it stops) or kings cross where there is a 10 minute walk and if it is busy faster than getting the tube from kings cross to euston. You also go past a couple of decent pubs one of which is outside euston.

Cheers mate. Good to have some options. We'll just be sharpish on the final whistle of the second game.

| And another thing, why are the games being marketed as 'the big hit' surely 'world cup semi final' should sound significant enough?

So true. A game you arent really interested in, with your mates away for a weekend pi55up, always results in the following games being increasingly hard to follow

RU have had success with giving events a name, IIIRC the guy behind the marketing for the Semi's is the same guy that does marketing for RU's Wembley games.

You think you can walk 1.5 miles in 10 minutes?

I walk forwards at a brisk pace....kind of like the pace the French Troops did backwards in 1914 and again in 1939.
