| At least Stevo has come up with a new platitude
“That would have been the try of the Century”
Two seconds after saying “Huddersfield will just want to run the clock down”

My thoughts exactly, what a stupid decision to go inside.
Huddersfield can't cope with the speed of Warrington's PTB.

| Only seen the last 10 minutes.
Cudjoe gave away a try with a piece of play so bad it should be a criminal offence.
With Huddersfield's after the hooter play, why in hell didn't they go down the line instead of turning back infield? Have to see a replay but the try looked very likely before the player went left.

Bradford being owned and run by a couple of glorified barrow-boys?
Where's a Gerald Weaver and his saucy wife when you need em instead, eh?

| Quote: William Eve "Sky coverage began at 8pm.
The game kicked off shortly after.
No pre-match build up.
And it's a Thursday night.
With 4 sky sports channels to fill.
And bugger all live action to fill them with.
That's how important this game is considered to be.
Not very.
According to it's paymasters.
Is it any wonder the fans stay away from the play-offs?
18-10 to Wire (38 mins).'"
Couldnt agree more.if this was football or even RU for that matter, for a game of this magnitude it would get the treatment and an hour build up before KO.
Wont be long before we are watching the games behind the red button because the 4 channels are needed for priority sports like net ball or the fifty first repeat of 100 football legends!

Leeds' problem 2 weeks ago. Whoever plays them in the final, that will be key to beating warrington, controlling the ruck.

| Only just started watching SL again after a long absence because I was in the US. Why are the games played on Thursday and Friday? Was this seen as RL being demoted by Sky, because that's the way I see it.

Not demoted as such, but Sky now show a premier league match on Saturday evenings when a SL game would normally on.
They also had nothing to broadcast on Thursday nights, so for the Sky bigwigs it was probably an obvious choice to make.

| A lot of Warrington's quick play the balls come off the back of them moving off the mark, taking a couple of steps forward then playing the ball on the tackle before. Huddersfield or the Ref need to stop it.

Nearly everyone takes a couple of steps off the mark. That try was a direct result of brough's last tackle kick option. It's play like that why people knew huddersfield would f*ck it up at this stage of the season, brough doesn't have a clue how to play in this type of pressure.

I've noticed that, especially from Higham. No refs seem to bother punishing it though.

| You don't win play offs with chip kicks to the wing in your own half.
Huddersfield showing how good they really are tonight. Their play off series has confirmed the LLS officially means zip.

Panic mode already. Far to early in the game for that. He should have kicked downfield, put a good chase in and ensured that Warrington start the next set near their own line, instead - look what happens
