Apart from the sin bin Brough played well last week. Especially considering he played behind a beaten pack and Robinson and Grix were awful meaning he was the only option in attack

I just thought today showed that Sinfield is not a 6 and Brough is. I would choose Sinfield at 13.'"
I thought the playoffs last year showed that Sinfield was a 6 including a Harry Sunderland award.......but probably best we judge based on the 5th Round of the CC
He's fine at 6 if he can play the role properly in attack & defence......its not coincidence that the playoff games he was lauded in last year that Lunt played big minutes in them.
If Hudds had Burrow at 9 you'd see Brough struggle.

It seems having Burrow at 9 in attack trumps keeping Sinfield fresh for attack in the stand off.....dont quite get it either but that's not Sinfield's fault, neither does it mean he won't do better for England.

| When he's on, Brough is the best half back we have available for selection. I'd rather have him and slightly inconsistent than a dull option like Wilkin.

In Tony, we trust.: |
|
| Sinfield in for his kicking, only, very overrated in normal play, but Brough's not a good enough player or kicker.

| yet again, brough showed sinfield a masterclass in half back play
yet again sinfield was anonymous as the giants tore his team to shreds.
at the moment we have leeds' number and the so called best player in the world and his champion team have no answer to us.

Sinfield is a top man for Leeds and an excellent club captain but, he aint the best player in the world.
Although he is Leeds most important player.
Huddersfield were excellent yesterday, fully deserving the win.

| that's just what I said to a leeds fan after the game.
I appreciate that he is a good player for what he does for leeds etc but as a RL fan I just don't see how sinfield is a world class player. to be fair I only see him when he plays against us or on tv but I can't remember seeing him have a good game at all this year, he,like his team only seems to be good when it matters in one off big games and even then its more to do with his leadership qualities rather than what he does with the ball.
yesterday I only noticed him really when he kicked out on the full, true world class players turn it on at some point during a game, sinfield doesn't for me.

Where was Sinfields kicking yesterda? I actually think Brough is a better kicker as he showed yesterday yet again.
I don't see Sinfield every game, but the sky games I've seen I haven't really noticed him. I wouldn't even say he has kicked well all season.
Leeds fans will say come play off team Sinfield will kick on, but it's the Leeds team in general that kick on, they get momentum and everyone starts playing well. This allows Sinfield to kick to the corner. But what about when things aren't going well, we need out stand off to stand up and put in a relieving kick. Brough did this numerous times yesterday for Hudds. Sinfield just didn't show up again.

| If Brough carries it on for the rest of the season then I have no problem with him being picked ahead of Sinfield. I like the fact he looks like a cocky little git and on form he's got a genuinely dangerous short kicking game. Sadly, recent history suggests he and Huddersfield are far more likely to vanish without trace before the end of the year.

| If the World Cup was in April, Danny Brough would be an automatic selection.
Enjoy him, Giants fans. You've got about another six weeks until your season falls apart, based on recent evidence.

And yet again Brough will probably end the year without any trophy s or success. Strange that eh?

| and yet again, a players ability should not be judged on how many trophies his team have won.
brough at the moment is a better player than sinfield, who didn't want to know yesterday when the chips were down for his team.
im pretty sure players are judged on their individual skills rather than how many medals they have won?
