Can't agree with that. There are lots of young French players that would do a better job than some of the young English players knocking around in SL. Catalans have just got a very good squad and many can't get a look in.

So how do you get more sl standard french players playing in sl, without introducing more french players to sl?

Ideally, the French game would build to simply be another conference of SL. So 9 or 10 depending on the structure of SL. But that’s a fair old way in the future.

For now , Toulouse in 2015. Then the next one ready, whenever they are ready.

France are a great opportunity for the game, unfortunately, as usual in RL, there are the detractors and nay-sayers who will complain about how expensive it is for them to have to leave their village and they can’t afford it blah blah blah.
