Paul Cullen had some wonderful sayings and phrases. He was the modern Stanley Unwin. Actually he's not dead is he? I should stop writing in the past tense. Anyway Paul, well done on your longevity at the Widnes club. A turbulent time spent in The Championship but in conversation he always "won the collision".
As the dawn descends on his Rugby managerializing he looks round the five corners of his spherical vision to forge a path to the circumventionalistic try line.

Where Widnes is located it would originally have being part of the County of Cheshire (hundred of West Derby) up until 1182 when the land North of the Mersey was devolved to the newly created Lancashire. In the early 70s Widnes then became part of Cheshire again (avoding being part of the new Merseyside). It seems that the borough was swallowed up yet again to become governed as part of Liverpool City Region in 2009.
So I wouldn't call people from Widnes as being scousers, but jesus being led/governed by them is a fate worse than death..lmfao

To those from Widnes who deflect the town's links with Liverpool are just as bad.
