Sunday v Oldham and v Widnes at the same stage with promotion drew crowds of 6-7k, 1700 last night. Thats the impact of no promotion and a daft kick off time when the clubs get no income from the deal.
Fantastic drama at the end and so unlucky when you factor the missing pack into the equation.

This is the second year in a row in the final for Sheffield. Their crowds are not great, so to get the team they have with the resouces they have is amazing. Mark Aston founded this club from absolutely nothing after the Shuddersfield mess. To get them to where they are now, he should get some kind of an award or medal.
