I'm totally confused, is he threatening to quit because other clubs are copying the aussies?

Surely as head coach he can stop that happening at Rochdale if he doesn't like it?

What aspect are we copying? It's certainly not on the pitch.

Got to wonder what his plan actually is then. There is an interview in there that could make a few people sit up and think he is right but have most others face palming and shaking their heads.

If u follow him on Twitter youll see he seems quite interested in self promotion. Doesnt strike me as someone who has RL top of his list of priorities.
