The Elonex statement does say that both sides were in breach of the agreement and since the RFL never says anything about anything, that's all we've got really, which doesn't say much about the quality of deal in the first place IMO.

What needs to be done to bring in better advertisers? The answer isn't a simple one like many seem to think when they answer this question with the usual "someone needs to be brought in to get better sponsors/advertisers".
