It was 4 or 5 NRL games per weekend for most of last season.'"
Premier Sports promise six NRL games a week next year, with the Championship match on top.
As for more Super League games? No! Attendances would suffer more if they added more tv games.

I assume that you must be a very rich man then with this amazing ability to know how games will turn out before they are played?
Maybe you could use this great insight to help Sky plan their schedule.

That's 5 out of 10 games, SL has 2 out of 7. Given the respective sizes of the two comps, I'd say its not unreasonable coverage.
An increase to 3 is the only realistic possibility, and IMO is all that's necessary or desirable.

|
| I agree, those times are bang on. Never understood why there isnt a game on sunday on Sky, be lovely to go watch my local team then hit the club bar to watch a Sky game. Would make the club a bit more revenue too.

IF you want RL entertainment value then for £35 for the year you can see a full season of 80 minute games.
Hull KR TV. Amazing value.

Nor the broadcasters.
Not exactly comparing apples with apples, when it comes to TV coverage between UK and Australia.

The Irony of your post is beautiful......you spend hours telling me I know nothing about the NRL and now you're an expert on UK media/Television
supply and demand dictates what UK media companies will show/broadcast/print. If the audience was there, SKY would show more......2 games live is fine. RL is not as popular in the UK as it is in NSW and Qland.

| If Sky Sports want to show another game of RL in the week then they will. Maybe there is room for another SL game as the Championships are moving to Premier Sports
