| I would like to see it played in Dublin, though I know most would be complaining about the booze prices! Obviously it would have to be in the summer, as there's no roof at the Aviva Stadium. Second May bank holiday would work.

How would the game benefit from having it in Dublin? If it's your choice for a knees up fair do's but surely the majority of fans should be considered when deciding a venue. When people have to travel any distance it's consistently been proved we have empty stadiums with no atmosphere. Any big city up north would attract large numbers whether it be Manchester, liverpool,Sheffield or even Newcastle. It's all about that "Festival" feel but you don't have to travel hundreds of miles to achieve it. I've spoken to a few people and the majority have said it's their last year if it's Cardiff or Edinburgh again.

| Not next year but the year after the Olympic stadium London, i would imagine it would be perfectly suited for a festival type atmosphere, the transports links will be 2nd to none and there are plenty of people to target as well as loads of ex northerners, plus the main bonus of me not travelling very far

Knees up yes , but I like to see the game played in new areas too. I don't really agree with keeping it along the M62. It doesn't do anything for the game, plus only Quins and Catalans fans would have to travel, which is unfair in my opinion. Also, as others have said, no football teams would want 7 games of RL played on their pitches. It would have to be a Rugby-specific stadium.

| Ditch it
It just means that RL fans have to travel miles to support an event that lines the pockets of which ever area gets the business. It looked ok when it frist came out , now its old hat, worn out and too expensive.
Still the RFL will like having the bunfight in Dublin as the fans who go pay for it.

| Anfield !!!! very good transport links both to and around the city, an iconic stadium steeped in history, friendly locals (que the scouse jokes and inaccurate stereotypes) lots to do pre and post match
It would have to be in the summer though so as not to clash with the premier league but all the better

No Premiership club will have 7 games of rugby on their ground, non starter

I'm agreeing with a Wigan fan. I've been to them all and Cardiff is the better option of the two. I would play it on the late May BH and have a league match between the two Championship 1 Welsh teams on the Friday night at the Arms Park, tickets for that being £5 each.

| How about Blackpool? Plenty of places to stay if you wanted, lots of diverse entertainment 24 hours a day & Bloomfield road wouldn't look half empty on the telly like Cardiff! Would have to be in the summer of course.
I like the French option too, although that would be a issue with some due to the cost.

What an effing great weekend!! As much rugby as you want, laughs and jokes between yourself and other fans, a few beers! what more could you want?
I would though move it back to the May (?) bank holiday!!'"
Edinburgh isnt great.
Having been and stayed there, And been to Cardiff. The ground at Edinburgh is just too far from the city. Our B & B owner, Had no idea there was anything on at Murrayfield, So it wasnt well advertised
Cardiff, All the bars etc are within short walking distance, The stadium is great. But, The RFL have to work at getting it Full.
I would love it to be in Dublin, But thats so expensive when there, And, So is Paris, Having just got back there too.

Blackpool as a host town would be fantastic but Bloomfield road has only got a capacity of about 16k or so (off the top of my head, I could be wrong) which is no where near big enough
