Myself and a couple of mates who go to the Challenge Cup Final every year took two lads who had never even been to an RL game before, because it was a tenner a ticket. They loved it and want more, i'm certain those two, and their kids would really fancy this offer, as would others who have asked what challenge cup final day was like.

I really hope this is the sign of things to come, if offers like this are available for the world cup i'll be made up.

The RFL and RL clubs need to realise they have to make special offers for games to get bums on seats. Some clubs do it already but not all I don't think.

I'm going to contact the RFL (again) to moan about this not being publicised enough.

I've just gone through my phone book in my phone and I reckon that just from family and freinds with their kids I could fill a coach with this offer, just from texting and e-mailing them all.

I get e-mails and letters from he RFL all the time promoting events, why didn't I get this one?

I think these really good offers are organised through community clubs. The RFL give them cheap tickets and shirts on the understanding that they get a coach going down. But, its up to the clubs to promote and sell them, and the club takes a cut.

To me this is the way forward for international RL, but for it to be a real success the RFL need to shout from the rooftops that if you go through community clubs, not only do you get a good deal, the clubs benefit financially.

Try getting in touch with Mancunians RL and see if they have anything going or willing to organise something. Or, try the guys on this forum who work with Bury Broncos, they seem very knowledgable about clubs in the Manc area.

Wembley; six tickets purchased for me and five newbies.

And, hopefully going to Elland Rd, finances permitting.

Been on the Bury Broncos and Mancunians RL websites mate. Nothing on the Mancunians site, but Bury are doing a similar deal, that involves the final too.

England shirt, tickets to Wembley double header and Elland Road Final and coach trip to both events is £107 and you can get a ticket to England v Wales at Leigh for £5.

I grew up in Keighley and was a devoted fan of the game from my early teens. My father was from Featherstone and my job took me to Doncaster ( Thorne actuallv).

My job and life eventually took me overseas and I have been domiciled abroad since 1968 but have never lost my love of the game and have watched all the games I could on my visits to the UK.

I will be there in November and have taken the 10 pounds offer to attend the four nations at Wembley, Hull, Wrexham and Elland Road. I think that the chance to see the very best players in the world for that price is an outstanding offer. After watching the dross currently being served up in the RUWC on TV, I can't wait to see the 4 nations games. I think that the standard of play we will see compared to the ,by then recently concluded RUWC, will give a great opportunity for direct comparison of the two games to the general public and I am sure the comparison will reflect very favourably on our game.

I hope most of the members of of this board and the general rugby league public support these games in huge numbers. England may not win but I can't wait to see how the recent crop of new stars compete against the Aussies and the Kiwis and you never know ......
