| When i was a lad i lived near Huytons' old ground , im sure they had 0-0 , about 1970 v Swinton
no 0-0s in SL so far , nearest are 2x 4-0 wins, and there was a 2-0 win By Hudds at Hull KR In the Northern ford premiership in Jan 2002- with the current England coach kicking the only points of the game

Good john wilky last looked out
on the pitch at salford.
when the snow lay round about
deep and crisp and even
brightly played the lads that night
though the frost was cruelllll
when poor swinton scored a try
we had 94urrrrrrrrrr:7891.jpg |

| I played in a game at U16s that finished 0-0. Not a pro game I know, but thought I'd mention it!
Think the 1-0 academy final between Hull and Leeds was in 2006.

There were hundreds prior to WWII.
Widnes alone were involved in 31 scoreless games pre-war, then another 4 in the 1940s and only one since (a cup tie v Swinton in 1964).

| I think the lowest scoring game I've ever been to was back in 1998/1999 which was Widnes 3-0 Sheffield.
Bloody awful game.

Leeds won it in the last 5 mins or so. Was one of the best games of Rugby League I've ever seen

| Sure there was a Super League game a couple of years ago without tries, Salford 5 - 2 Harlequins I think. Can't think of a 0-0 off the top of my head.

Indeed, the early days of the Northern Union were dominated by low scoring games. In the first season of the NU in 1895-96 each team played 42 games, on average there was around 10 points a game. The top scorers were Manningham with 367, the lowest Rochdale with just 78 points in their 42 games.
