St Helens are a spent force and won't do anything this season. Particulary while they are squatting in Widnes.
Huddersfield are an outside bet but it's nailed on to be a Wire/Wigan Grand Final this season. The rest can be dismissed.'"
The saints wigan game sold old 3-4 days before the game.
The wigan v wire game only got 21k.
I would honestly put the Leigh game above Warrington if they were in super league.

Maybe they were pre-season, but once again the cream is rising to the top.
For me...
NSW v QL (biggest games in world rugby, highest standard anywhere, fact not opinion)
Wigan v Saints (Biggest game in world RL behind origin, opinion not fact)
Wigan v Wire
Bradford v Saints (A throw back to days gone-by maybe)
Leeds v Bradford (a very efficient regional airport)

NSW vs. Queensland origin is seen as a major selection trial for the Kangaroos – historically the winning origin team has dominated the test team
The Australian national team are neither the current 4 Nations or World Champions
How is it that the combined side from the highest standard anywhere then gets beat by another team? Or is it actually your opinion that origin is the highest standard anywhere and not actually fact?
I agree that throughout the 80’ and 90’s that origin was the highest standard rugby played but the Kiwi’s have shown now that test rugby is once again the highest standard and the Australians have been found wanting

Again, Boll*cks, Saints vs Wigan, was, is, and will be the Pies biggest game, they hate each other.

My top 5 in order.....
1) Warrington v Wigan
2) Wigan V Leeds
3) St Helens v Wigan
4) Warrington v St Helens
5) Leeds v Bradford
Hull v Hull KR isn't really big beyond it's own boundrays and neither are particulary big clubs, even being a RL hotbed. And Widnes v Warrington despite being a derby, is only a big game for the 'Vikings' fans thesedays.'"
How can 2 matches in a ground that only holds about 13000 be considered big?

I was one of those who said that. And I stand by it. However, Saints-Wigan will ALWAYS be a bigger match than Wigan-Wire. But being the tool that you are, you won't admit that. Now go ask your carer to change you for bed.

| Wigan - Saints is THE match for me as a wigan fan. if we were top of the league, them bottom or the other way around it is still the biggest match. if it was a mid table, nothing to battle for game, its still the biggest game. if we are the bottom two it is still the biggest game. (all of these for a wigan fan)
warrington is a big game at the moment because they are one of the best teams, and so are we. but it isnt the same, if we were top and them bottom, it wouldnt be a big game at all. but with saints its still a big game.
that is the difference for me.

| There's a difference between biggest rivalries and biggest games I think.
Biggest games for me would be:
Wigan-Saints
Hull-Hull KR
Leeds-Bradford
These three are all as big as each other for me, then i'd go for
Wigan-Warrington
Saints-Warrington
One day i'll get off my backside and do what i've always wanted to and go over the hill and watch a Leeds-Bradford derby then go to a Hull-Hull KR derby on an easter weekend.

Nice generalisation! One fan, of obvious long heritage ( less than 100 posts ) puts this up and we're all the same? However, I'll take winning the Mickey Mouse Cup at Wembley in front of 80,000 people any season! I guess your club doesn't even try to win this one as it's so insignificant........................

| Quote: Odemwingie "Wigan v Saints
Leeds v Bradford - only because of the success in super league, only reason it is above Hull derby
Hull FC v Hull KR
Wigan v Leeds - two biggest clubs in the country, recent games have all been classics. Play-off game was amazing despite the loss
Saints v Leeds - 3 grand finals in a row speaks for itself.'"
This is my 5 too.
GB Police vs GB Teachers is a cracking fixture
